Posts: 849 , FL United States | For the 1st time EVER, I couldn't find my Vis in the "sea of Victorys" yesterday at the VRA luncheon in Daytona Beach. There were so many Visions there it was hard to spot my own.
This is the only time I've had this problem because - as you all know - the Vision stands out anywhere you park it.
I'm thinking that it would be really cool to have a Vision rally somewhere in the "center" of the country so noone would have to ride more than 1/2 way across the country to be there. That way our riders from California,Maine,Canada, etc could attend. Just a thought. |

I was thinking the exact same thing this morning. Even though there is the AVR at Spirit Lake, it would be nice to have a Vision - Riders gathering.....I would not call it a rally. I think we are more riders than ralliers. It would be nice to have a couple of Victory Vision factory engineers there to talk with. Lloydz would be nice to have at the gathering with his dyno trailer. We could have some "how to" discussions on things we as individuals have done to our Visions. Where do yu want to meet, that's it we can call it the "Vision Meeting". |

Posts: 1632 Jasper, MO | The VMC's annual VITO (Victory In The Ozarks) gathering is May 15-17, 2009 in Eureka Springs Arkansas. Show up on your Vision and show up all those JP's and KP's and Hammers. Seriously, it's a good time, good folks, and fantastic roads to ride. We can develop a Vision only gathering as time goes by, but the VITO already exists, it's in the middle of the country, it's in great riding country, and it's in only 10 more weeks. It's approximately 200 miles south of Kansas City. Eureka Springs reminds many of a Swiss Alpine village. See http://www.eurekasprings.org and http://www.eurekasprings.com The town caters to bikers.

LOL I would vote for Bellingham.
Seriously though, if a meet were planned I would do my best to be there.
I think it would be great to put a face to some of the names on the board. |
