Hey Flatsix...I just wanted to post a note to say thank you for the detailed info and pics on the Hitch Doc install. It gives a really good idea of what is involved in the install and having looked at the pics it doesn't look too bad.

It would be great if someone could post a similar thread in the Tech Reference section for the Bushtec Hitch Install.

Thanks again Flatsix....It is postings such as this one that make this site such a valuable source of information.

Thanks for the note.  You're correct about the difficulty level.  The time involved is a labor of love, especially when it's blizzarding like crazy here today.  The longer it takes...the better!  I agree on the 'Bushtec posting' comment also as it would be nice for those that have plans for a hitch could actually see a few different options and read the documentation rather than just hear the 'shouts from the balcony' as to which is the best hitch.
