| I would send an email to polaris or look under your old or deleted mail files. The coupons that are emailed from polaris have your individual name etc on the rebate form. Hope this helps |

New Bohemia, VA | Good thing I wasn't planning on buying anything as I never could get mine to work. It kept taking me to a login screen and even when I put in the correct information it wouldn't let me log on. That's even when I went to the normal login and was logged in, then went to the link and it took me to the same spot. I guess I'm just venting as I've got nothing on my list right now to buy that I could use it against. |
