Posts: 3006 San Antonio, TX | First the bad news. Lately there have been many posts about dealer closings. The only dealer in Victory San Antonio closed a few months ago.
Now the good news! San Antonio has a new Victory dealer!
Kent Powersports/Yamaha of San Antonio is now a Victory Dealer!
These guys are great. They also sell the full Yamaha line and KTM.
Kent Powersports has a large amount of stock on hand. I walked in to look around and left with a K-4710 brake/stop/light controller and two Chrome Kruser Kaddys.
Right next door is some great BBQ at Rudy's.
This place is owned by Jeff Kent. You might know the name if you follow baseball. Jeff just announced his retirement from professional baseball on January 22, 2009. He has a first class shop and uses the equipment that he sells.

Just don't ask the owner to "toss" you your helmet...if it's from the same angle as second it will bounce by you into the stands....baseball geeks will think that's funny! |

Posts: 377 O'Neill, Nebraska | I bought my first bike (a Yamaha) from these guys about 6 years ago. They are really MC focused and will do a great job providing Victory's to the great San Antonio area. Just in time....my belt is beginning to chirp!
By the way, I did a dealer search on the Victory website and these guys are already on it.

Posts: 600 Linwood, MI | Boy, that's great to hear. I hope the trend continues, especially near me . My new dealer is really good, but it really limits my trips when I have to take a day off work anytime I want to go there. |

Posts: 171 San Antonio, Texas | While I may miss Kim, Chuck and Ironhorse, it's really great to be back in business as far as having a dealer goes......right on time, too, I have some warranty work that needs to get done pretty shortly. |
