beware fellow canadians bought a life time oil filter from lloyd at hard on horsepower cost $139.00 plus $8.00 shipping US. I assumed that the $8.00 he charged for shipping was what the shipping cost were. No No not the case UPS arrives at my door another $63.04.

That was their UPS fee for collecting the Canadian Duty and Taxes, plus GST. Been there done that, bought a new fishing rod out of N.Y. State a few years back for $35.00 US, great deal, the UPS handling charge was around $42.00. When I called UPS to complain, they said their fees and charges are clearly indicated on their website. Ever since I have stipulated USPS or no deal. FexEx and DHL have lower fees, but I stick with the Postal Service.
