Just thought I'd pass this link along. Good place to get your questions answered in regards to the Zumo 550 GPS. There are a few questions on there about the Vision so it might help someone.

Thanks, mine just started to go on "tilt" this week, I've had it for 13 months and I am out of warranty by 30 days. The screen freezes and then defaults to "Garmin Europe" - Other touch screen commands goes to anything but what I wanted. Talked to Garmin not much help - I had already calibrated the screen several times.

Any help is appreciated !!

I have the Zumo 550 and on the 13th month the screen went bad and the touch screen stopped working. I called Garmin and even though it just went out of warranty they replaced it with a factory rebuilt unit and all is well. I am sure Garmin will take care of you.

Thanks Spock for the info- I called Garmin and whinneeeeeed, even talked to a "supervisor" They originally quoted $150 to fix it and the "Sup" said they would come down to $75. With you info I will go back and see if we can settle out of court-
