Posts: 137 Houston, Texas | If you are looking for aftermarket parts, there aren't very many on the market. Their reasoning is the low number of Visions produced, the cost of 'tool-up' and will the Vision be around long enough to justify/recoop their cost.
Ness has some Vision parts on his site but otherwise they are few and far between other than PurePolaris parts.

I think it is due to the fact they have not woke up to the Vision. I wouldn't argue the tooling aspect but there are aftermarket opportunity that folks could grab onto if they had the resources. Maybe that is the issue, but I expect to see a lot of stuff to start popping up for the Vision. I for one is working to customize my own so they are will be missing my dollar. I hold close so no one will beat me to the punch, so don't ask what I got in mind, I'll let you know when they are done. But I guess for now it is the limited performance stuff, some arlen stuff, a mudflap, a few electronic reworks from Goldwing AM stuff and what you can get off the Victory page, at least that is a start. |

Posts: 257 Under the Rule of Jedi - Masshole | As an owner of a 99 Victory I'll chime in. Victory has been around for 10 years with basically the same models. It took forever for them (anyone) to come out with any aftermarket items for my 99. When Victory first came out with the V92C, this was at a time when Excelsior-Henderson and Indian also introduced their bikes. Manufacturers held back to see what would happen. Unfortunately both E-X and Indian went out of business (Indian is trying again I heard). And like I said, Victory has been around for 10 years and aftermarket accessories are still slow coming. So with that said, I doubt if you will see any items anytime soon for the Vision. I hope someone does start making items, I for one would like to see some. |

Try the Arlen Ness page....he has some Vision chrome that I've been adding 1 piece at a time. Not a lot of stuff....but a start. |
