| I was interested in alarm system for my 09 Vision, so did a search on this forum. A lot of good info here, so that ultimately launched me on a google search for Scorpio.
I was gathering prices from different websites, when I decided to go to http://scorpioalarms.com/ and ask their tech support some questions. I wanted to know if their 08 wiring harness would be compatible with the 09. He said they hadn't checked on it, but felt it should be compatible, since the 08 and 09 are fundamentally the same bike. Their support is very good and eventually, he asked me if I had seen their site's Spring Special. I was dumbfounded, because what he was telling me was really cool! Went back to their home page - at first I missed the link, then found it.

From June 1 thru June 15, their SR-i600 and SR-i900 are bundled with all of their respective options and sold for the base price of the unit itself. So for the i600, $319, you get the base unit + Perimeter Sensor + Anti Hijack + Battery Backup + Factory Connector Kit. Add in standard surface FEDEX shipping $14.99 and the whole package comes to about $334 and some change. I opted for the i900.
For the SR-i900, plus factory connector, Remote Ignition Disable, perimeter sensor, shipping came to $393.99. I couldn't find that price ANYWHERE on the web!
Their special is only for i600 & i900.
That sale ends on 6/15, so if you're interested....

Scottsdale AZ | Vince - I live in Scottsdale where the Scorpio Company is located. Last year I went down to their store and had the i900 installed. It has saved me twice while I was in a nowhere motel. I love all the features and would highly recommend the system. |

| Like I mentioned in my initial post, their customer service said that Scorpio had not specifically tested the harness to see if it fit 09 models. But he said it should be fine as there's little difference between the 08 and 09 Visions. I ordered the i900, so I'll know in a couple weeks if the 08 harness is compatible with my 09.
