| I have the Bushtec hitch also, and we've had good luck with it.
By the way, welcome to the site. tell us more about yourself and your '08 |

BTW welcome to the site.

Posts: 215 Boydsville, AR United States | After looking at both the Bushtec, and Hitch Docter hitches, I went with the Bushtec. It seems sturdier, and has the trailer wiring harnes and relay enclosed. I just pulled in from a 3200 mile trip today, and the hitch was as solid as the one on my truck. I know I paid more for it, but think the money was well spent.
"And thats all I've got to say about that!" |

One reason the Bushtec hitch and installation instructions was done right was that I left my Vision with them for about six months for their use in product development while I was in Kuwait. They had plenty of time to get it right, and were the first on the market with a hitch for the Vision. |

You should be able to get the job done in about 6 hrs a little less if you have had the rear off before. The instructions are very straight forward including pictures for dismantling and reassembling. At first glance it looks a little intimidating but looks are deceiving.
It is a very well engineered hitch with several contact points for even distribution. I believe you be happy with it if that's the route you take. BTW the support staff at Bush Tec are very friendly will help you if you get stumped.
