Is there anyone out there that has the problem where the left bag does not line up with the M panel. Every 08 Vision I've seen in Canada seems to have the same problem. I just had it custom painted Cadillac Pearl White and it looks horrible from the rear. Any help would be greatfull.

Instead of boring into the plastic structure with dremel too, why don't you just cut off the excess of the fastener hinge screws and eliminate the guess work?

Simpler and easier.

bigwill5150,

Mine has thousands of miles on it after the mod and has shown no ill effects from the modification. I would rather grind some plastic then steel. The plastic will not rust after being cut.

Some people have done a fix that involves shimming the back hinge with washers. There are a lot of options. This method is just one of them and it is simple enough to be done in minutes.
