I have experienced an untimly wheel failure due to an unavoidable geologic road hazard.  @#$% happens.

Downhill leading into a corner the front was instantly flat...  The bike performed pretty good with the bent rim and there was never a sense of uncontrolability.

I know what to expect with the stock wheel sizes and the E3's.  Anyone gone 21 and 17?  Anyone gone aftermarket billet  PICS?  I know going into different wheel sizes changes the tire availability and the way the bike will handle.

Thoughts Comments would be helpfull.

There is a set on ebay that I saw. I believe they were chrome matching the looks of the Ness wheel on the Ness Vision.

I really like the looks of the Ness bikes (Visions) with the 21" but I do not know how it would affect handling.

Jsp I have Evil Seven billet wheels on my Vision and they look great. 21 in. in front makes the bike look way cool and it handles a little different. Seems like the bike has power steering turning around and slow turns. It almost feels like the steering falls into a turn. I don"t have pics but Ness does. If I have to do over I wouldn"t do the pulley and rear wheel as you can"t see them. Total cost 4500.00

Thanks Codfather, This is great to hear as its what I am hearing from other sources..  Where did you get yours installed and what tire are you using.  Did you lower the front end to bring the rake back to normal??   Since I have a Black bike I would agree the Evil-7 Black wheel would really make it look nice. Possibly doing a rotor change would help also.

As for it falling into a turn the bike has that felling to some degree already I would call it "turn in" I do a lot of twisties and hope I would not degrade the handling to a point where I wish I had stayed with a 18" ..

i had RC wheels on my last bike.. Czar was the model.. while i loved them at first i later found out that i didnt own them. They owned me. which means i no longer wanted to ride if i KNEW it was going to rain. i found myself cleaning the bike way more to show off my extemely expensive new bling bling.. lol in the end it took some of the enjoyment out of riding for me. because i was soo obessed with taking care of these new wheels, then when i got my first scratch or what not i would loose my mind and then try to be even More careful!

JSP The dealer with the install is no longer in business. I use Elite lll tires. I did not lower the bike as I like the rake as it is( you are in a even more laid back position). As for the handling, I like it better. It just props up the front end a bit. Im 6 feet and it not a problem. Have fun and ride safe. Bruce
