My head light is doing the intermittent on / off.  I thought at first I was probably half way between hi - low and that was causing an occasional flicker.  I have since made sure it is a good solid movement on the switch and the occasional flicker (even off for a period of a few minutes...then back on) is still present.

Anyone care to offer any suggestions on the problem?

Thanks!

I would start at the connectors on the back of the headlamp itself, then follow the harness wiring backwards and check each plug-in connector all the way to the source. It could be a loose connection, a poor ground connection, and possibly even a bad hi-lo switch. Intermittent problems are the worse to try to locate. Does it do it on both high and low beam, and does the HID flicker as well (if you have it)?

If it's still under warranty take it to the shop and let them chase it.

After replacing my light bulbs, I don't think I'll be venturing into the light bucket again anytime soon.

Unless you have a bunch of free time - then go for it.
