Posts: 136 CALGARY ALBERTA | Hey, very, very nice work. I have waited a lifetime for this, and now they are reality. You are the people that my psychologist warned me about. Designers of my motorcycle addiction. Sorry no 12 step program here.

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | Thanks guys. I'm sure you all work very well together and the smiles are from the accomplishment of such great work. But my guess is, it wasn't all smiles all the time, because if it was, then it was too easy. The Cross bikes show a lot of great brainstorming to bring together the best of two worlds. I can't wait to take either for a test ride.

| Well, since I think both are pretty lame and just as ugly as the H-D's they're supposed to compete with, as one Engineer (me) to that entire group, I'll withhold comment.
If they need help designing and building a sport bike I'd be glad to help them out though.

Teach her to ride... then she needs one. Hey it worked for me - but damn its expensive! |

And to the team:
Thanks guys. You've given me so many great memories.
Now I just have to find a way to win the lotto so I can try your new offerings. |

the customers who ride and test them. |

Posts: 1324 So Cal | Lock an engineer in a room with a calculator and a computer (used to be a slide rule in my day) and theyre happy. All the engineering in the world wont help Victory if they slack on merchandizing an CUSTOMER SERVICE. Victory has a small following compared with other brands. Engineering might bring more customers, but lack off customer service will just mean more people pissed off after the sale. Polaris, dont be like other american companies that wait until its too late and then wonder "what happened?" |

| The new bikes are real nice. I just could not talk them into letting me take one for a 5 day demo ride.
I would have like to seen the front ends hot swappable.
The bags are HUGE and quickly removed.
All the new Visions I sat on are lower. I was told it can be back fitted.

Victory Motorcycles, designed by men, built by women.
the photo above shows an all male design team yet Victory boasts that almost all of the bikes are actually built by women on the line.
I think thats just pretty cool. I do have to throw in my two cents. A great bike isnt worth crap if the builder cannot offer decent
post purchase support and customer service. So far LOVE MY VISION Love my Dealer, hate my manufacturer. |

tisk, tisk, there is a woman in the picture....I'm not sure what your point is either. I love my Manufacturer, and the manufacturer of my bike.
The bikes are built so well they don't need any post support... |

Maybe I'm missing some sarcasm or something here but I'm pretty sure that's an all-sausage event up there. I mean, that kinda looks feminine but I think it's a guy. |

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | it won't be the first time I was wrong, nor the last. there is some sarcasm here, but the individual that I'm referring too is below the arrow. no full face, but what is seen is very feminine at a glance in comparison to the rest. even the hair looks to be permed. There again I can be dead wrong and my apologies if it is a guy....

Is this part of the Da vinci Code? Is there other hidden symbolism in the picture?
Maybe the Victory Engineering Team are all members of the Templar Knights or the Priory of Science.
Could the supporting arch design in the cast aluminum frame of the Victory Vision and the Cross Roads/Country be a Da vinci design?
Ride Safe and peace out man! |
