Eau Claire WIS. 09 vision | this is a good job on customer service from cable jive converter.. yesterday mine fell into three pieces. i emailed them about it to see if they would replace it if i sent it back.. the reponse today was replacement is in the mail with a envolpe to send the old one back... service like that brings back and keeps customers buying!!!!!! |
