| DON,T KNOW IF THIS HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO LIGHT .THERE IS A SOLUTION FOR LEXAN/PLASTIC TO REPELL WATER LIKE RAIN X IT IS CALLED RAIN COAT BY MOTOSOLUTIONS.COM . I HAVE TESTED IT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY . WORKS GREAT ONE 6.00 PACKAGE GOES A LONG WAY. |

Thanks for the tip...after watching the video and reading some of the reviews I placed an order...not that I ride a whole lot in the rain but when I do plus the bug removal factor should make this a worthwhile purchase ....we'll see.

It works pretty well for cleaning windshields/visors/etc and adds quite a bit of water repellence. I got it from a local motorsports dealer in a spray can. It says it is originally developed for aircraft windshields.

| Been using "Plexus" for years, it's great for keeping the windshields clean and free from scratches, but it does not repel the water off like I seen in that video for the Rain Coat stuff.
I will use Rain Coat here in the future to see how well it work.
