It will be two years this Friday for me and mine but I'm only at 21,000. Guess I'd better get some serious riding done really quick!!!!!

You guys have got to stop sniffing exhaust fumes..... for gosh sakes - the Victory Vision is just a motorcycle. Well, admittedly, it's the finest motorcycle ever built, but really.... "elite club" - sheesh. OK - maybe....
Anniversary .... you'd think you were married to the dang thing. (reminds me - my 2nd year with SPCSHP is coming up) - but I know this because my 2nd anniversary with Co-Pilot is somewhere in the same neighbourhood - got the bike on April 6th - got married sometime after that - few days maybe.... I'll remember ... or be reminded.

Had a heart attack after the wedding - so haven't got the mileage that I would love to have enjoyed - only 10,000. But I figure I've got until I'm 80 to get some serious riding in. Maybe I'll think that my 75th year and still riding the 'SHIP' will be a celebration......

So you youngsters should cool your celebrations - wait til ya get to VARYDER's trippage afore ya celebrate....

Don, you got me thinking. I straddled a motorcycle after 17 years in September 2005. That was the '84 Goldwing and in two years I logged 38,000 miles and that was even with problems. In two years I've logged 58,000 miles on the Vision bringing me to a total of 96,000 logged in 4 years. When I had my CB750 Custom and after three years logged about 70,000 miles if I can recall correctly. So that brings my lifetime running total to somewhere around 168,000 miles of riding.

Chump change to some, many lifetimes to others. Here's to all who dare... ride safe, ride long, and enjoy.... or as Spock would say, "Live long and perspire...!"

I have just been reminded that "Dredd" and I have been together for two years now, as well...just over 26,000 miles. -----Metalguy

I got my Premium Midnight Cherry Tour the weekend after T-Day in 2007.  I just dropped it off with 30,256 miles on it for its 30K service on Saturday.  Miss it already.
