| I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. A couple of weeks ago I griped about Saddlemen not giving me a refund for a BR4100 bag that they sent me in July after they told me that they didn't have an order for me. Jerry Beatty at Saddlemen got everything straightened out and I do have the refund to my credit card. I can't get along without the bag. I wanted to make sure that I told both sides of the story.
