Drive Belt on 2009 Vision

I was washing this Vision 2009 yesterday and went to wash the back wheel and noticed that i could push up on the belt. I know that it should have some slack in it, how much is to much? It should be in the book, but to me, my '08 at spec feels loose cold, but when running, of course, at a stop, it is tight. I put 45,000 miles on my first belt and it looked new, and I mean new, when I replaced it. Recommended to change at 30,000 but never a concern to run it out to 45,000. I changed it only because I was in to pull the exhaust as well. I plan on putting at least 60,000 on this one, giving the bike will have a 100,000 when I pull it down again and maybe change out the exhaust and put on new gaskets. But, yes, it will feel loose when cold. Get you a gauge and or have the dealer check just to ease your mind.
