Tip in is the throttle vs. response when first opening the throttle "tip out" is the exact opposite. The two terms are generally used when referring to low speed manuevers (like turning around in a parking lot or taking off). Basically, the more torque the bike has, the more sensitive the throttle tends to be in the lower RPMs (unless you change something that makes the throttle less touchy). Heavy tour bikes tend to be a little "jerky" in parking lots until you get used to them. Most every bike I've ridden, I have had to use a combination of throttle/clutch to keep the throttle above tip in and out to keep the bike from "bucking" back and forth when going very slow. Hopefully I didn't make that more confusing than it needs to be... |

| Well as most of you know there are some bikes that just have issues, They can be caused by 4 things total and if we have the ability to control those items we can greatly lessen to totally diminish the bad side effects of what occurs in these bikes. The IAV (idle Air Valve) will help but the other items also need to be taken care of also, That will all be in the directions for the IAV once I finish them up.
