This article http://www.enterprisenews.com/business/x1530319161/Many-Mass-motorc... "Many Mass. motorcyclists to get rebates under insurance settlements" says there is over $11M to be given back in insurance premiums, how many are affected here?
I'm also wondering if this sets precidence in other insurance companies...? |

Fountain Inn, SC United States | My policy is not with any of the 3 insurers they listed but will keep an eye on the story since they inferred there could be other companies involved. Commerce Insurance is a Mass-based insurance company and I believe hold the largest number of policies in the state. That's who has my policy. |

Posts: 25 Natick, MA | I got a check in the mail the other day from Liberty Mutual. I know this probably makes them look really bad to all the motorcyclists out there, but I really like Liberty Mutual as a provider. They have been very good to me over the years, to the point that my car, my wife's car, my house and my Vision are all through them.
To be honest with you I never even noticed it as only a couple of my many bikes insured through Liberty were ever kept for more than 1-2 years so the depreciation never really impacted the policy. The check I received was over $300 and it was for my DR-Z400SM that I had for 3 years and my Versys which I had for 2. |

| I got my check from USAA this summer. I only had USAA for one year then switched to progressive because they were about half the rate. My rebate was almost half the orginial premium. |
