New Bohemia, VA | I just read another article on our bad roads and dangerous interstates due to poor maintenance and potholes. I contend with a few and are aware of the fact they exist so I'm ever watching. I-85 and I-295 are bad and 288 can be nasty in spots. Some back roads the shoulder is ate off so coming around a tight twisty may end your day in a rut. Just wanted to warn you all who ride through.
Makes me ashamed to be a Virginian at times. Just rode to Atlanta Ga and back on I-85 through NC and SC and the only place I had to watch and weave in the road to avoid potholes and rough spots was in Virginia! |
