| After only a few months of riding the top and sides of my tank are scuffed from jeans, jacket, etc. I hate to see the paint damaged so I put on this protective film. I'll see how long it lasts.

| It wasn't bad, I followed the directions from the site. Instead of using a spray bottle to apply the alcohol/water mix I dipped the film in the mixture using a dinner plate, which is an alternate method they give. I made a small squeegy about 1" x 4" from a piece of soft rubber gasket material. Leave it out of direct sun for 24hrs it comes out better. |

Central New York | I was reading the story on the front page about the Vision clear coat being too soft. Too bad Polaris wait till 2010 to start using a harder formula. I wonder how big a deal, and costly, it would be to have our tins scuff up and the new clear coat applied. |

Richmond, Virginia | Just for what its worth, last week I got my center console back from the custom paint guy. I also took him the triangle panel between
your crotch and the center console because it had scratched. He looked at the panel and said "no wonder it scratches Victory doesnt paint the black ones, the gloss black finish is NOT PAINT. He painted it and put a hard coat sealer on it and it feels entirely different now.
The cost was minimal, but the protection is priceless. |

I put an Invisiguard kit on the Vision right after I bought her. I'm sure it's very similar to the tankslapper product.
Anyway, that was 2 years ago and the film is holding up very well. |

Just don't wear your chaps with the tassles at the same time.....might tangle and prevent dissmount  |
