These are not gel or pro racing gloves. These are just a thin, lightweight glove. I like them because they slid on and off easy with no velcro straps and they have a very good finger touch for all the buttons and do-dads.
I order 3 pairs thinking at 9.99 they were good throw away items, but I'm 2 years into the first pair and still looking good. |

Posts: 1484 LaPorte,Tx. | I uses these, for me they work out great. Good quality and they last. For Texas weather they work good. For winter, I slip in a silk liner. And I get Silver, you know because of the SSG! Gotta look sharp! And why do we wear gloves when we ride. Because after the unfortunate incident and they badage up your hands due to skin on the palms and finger tips being rubbed off, who's going to wipe your ass? Ride safe.

Andy, here's a glove that looks very similar. I wear them in all but cold weather (45 or warmer), they have high quality padded leather palms and fingers and the mesh keeps your hands cool in the hot weather. The fingers are long enough for taller folks. Here's a link to their web page:

This company has fast on line service and has a great return policy. This is as good a price as I could find.

Posts: 1290 Ruskin, Fl | I was wearing the fingerless gloves with the gel in the palm until I went down last year. I took alot of skin off my finger tips, which was quite unpleasant for a couple of weeks. A motorcycle cop stopped to check on me and advised that it is a common injury in fairly low speed accidents. In his department they are not allowed to wear fingerless gloves (or nothing) per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). I have since been wearing full gloves I picked up a some bike night for $15. The whole front is nice soft leather and the back is mesh. I don't ride without them. |
