| Thanks Bar Hopper, I have a 09 VV tour. I think most of the info is similar. I am having a slight problem with the cruise control searching for the set speed on a slight incline. I found the section labeled "lash Learn". I think that procedure will solve the issue. Thanks again, Frank |

| Thanks - I have the dead tree edition already - but having this file on my netbook means I can leave the big book at home when I travel now.
Always think back to the time I crashed my V92C on Cape Breton Island and blew a bunch of fuses. What I would have given to have the repair manual with me that week- |

| sorry for replying to an old thread, but throw in the caution about using an '08 manual for 09' & 10 model visions. Some parts haven't changed, but there are enough differences between the model years to be cautious. Wiring connectors, engine components, etc. Vince. |

Thats what was great about FileDropper. You upload a file to them and then they give you a link where it can be downloaded......but they are down at the moment.

Baltimore, Md | I bought the 08 manual with my Vision and also got the downloaded version a couple of years ago. What I would suggest to anyone getting a download file is to put it on a small flash drive that can easily be carried in a small pocket or other area on the bike. That way, you can leave the big book at home and carry the flash drive with you for those times of need when only the local Honda shop or - shudder - HD shop is nearby but doesn't know the bike well enough for your particular problem. Almost anyone can access a flash drive, they are damn cheap and great insurance. You can also put other important trip/bike/personal files on there to possibly save your bacon in times of need when far from home and resources. |
