Fountain Inn, SC United States | I've been trying to decipher the differences between the 2010 Vision Tour and the 2010 8-Ball Vision. Here's a list of all the things I know to be different. Add to it if I've missed something.

The problem with you tour bike riders is that you like the looks of the 8-Ball but you can come up off your creature comforts. I'm not sure how well the Vision 8-Ball is selling but I still predict it will be a winner. However, its target is to the bare-bones hard rider who wants a meaty ride with the weather protection and not much else.
I don't think Victory anticipated everyone wanting to turn it into a tour-bike on the Goldwing level with all the dodads, but to each their own.

| $6K difference. How much would it cost to bring the 8Ball to what you want?
Yes, the 8Ball has a look/style that can not be matched at any cost but is it worth the add-on costs?
I have always been a strong believer in if a customer wants it that way and is willing to pay let him/her have it.
ex. Special order an 8Ball with trunk, heated seat and grips, electric windshield, Ipod player with amp and speakers. Most manufacturers brag about how their assembly lines can switch models mid stream so putting in a special order should not be that difficult. The tough part is pre-ordering parts. |

| I really like the 8-Ball Vision, a LOT, but for the price your giving up just too much function for looks. I could live wthout 90% of the function items but cruise and pwr windshield should NOT have been sacrificed on this model. |

Fountain Inn, SC United States | Also note that the 8Ball does not come with the little winglets under the fairing.
The windshield on an 8ball is the "Blade" shield but unlike the blade available as an accessory, it does not come with the word VICTORY etched into the front.

| Pretty cool, huh? I couldn't quite get past the full boat Vision but this one I like. I get a lot of nice comments from the civilians as well.

Yes, indeed! I actually like the cable clutch over the hydraulic. You get more "feedback" and quicker contact I think. |
