Posts: 135 Yellowknife, NT Canada | The install instructions talk about the O2 Sensors.
Step 9 states:
9. Next install the two O2 connections, the first is located where the Gen III will mount and has a gray wire w/ red strip. The second is down lower under the panel you removed from the left side. The harness gets plugged into the male side of the connectors (this goes to the PCU) the other side is left open.
The VFC I have has a ground connection and Injector connections only.. Can someone shed some light on this for me?
I would like to get out of the garage and go for a ride... |

Posts: 1117 Northeast Ohio | It's been a 2 years since I installed mine, but I am pretty sure the O2 connections that go to the sensors get plugged into the VFCIII. Not sure why you don't have them on your VFC. Did you possibly get an earlier model year version? |

Posts: 135 Yellowknife, NT Canada | Thanks, I thought that may be the case. I sent an email to Lloyds and will wait for that confirmation before I proceed. Will put the bike together and go for a ride...
Thank you |

Posts: 1340 Gainesville Fl Home of the Gators | Those are some VERY old instructions you have. The o2's are both unplugged from the main harness, and left that way. The VFC3 with 02 leads was done away with in late 08 |
