Anyone out there loose the lock nut off the back of the trunk power plug? Mine vibrated off during my trip to DC on the "Run to the Wall". Was unpluging the adaptor for my cell phone when I got home, and the whole plug came out of the liner hole. I have all of the bolts out of the trunk liner, and it seems loose, but will not come out. I read somewhere that the liner has 'dobs' of sealant under it to help with vibration and to hold it in place. I heard a few snaps when I tried to lift the liner, and I assume those were the locations where the sealant is. No cracks in it yet!! Just not sure what is holding it in.
Any suggestions??
Thanks ahead of time,

You are correct. There is some type of adhesive holding it in other than the screws. Make double sure you have all the screws out before you try pulling on it. It helps to remove the cover in the bottom of the trunk where the comm unit goes and use that big hole as a place to pull. Keep working it it will let go.
