Posts: 348 Sturbridge, Mass | I jsut had the new powercord installed to run the ipod from ( the one that charges it as well)
Silly question, do I have to have playlists et up on the ipod to be able to play everything ?
Only 4 or 5 of the buttons on the dash seems to work and I olny get a few songs. I figured I would be able to play anything/anytime from the dash.
Thanks

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | seems to me there is an "all" play list. My Ipod is broken at the moment and can't test it. The first play list always seemed to be the all in alphabetical order. However, the ideal way is to build your playslist the way you want it. You got up to 12 variations, well, 11.

Then it plays all the songs in random order, including the ones in your playlist. My radio plays the playlist in buttons number 2 thru 11. #12 button on mine doesn't seem to work. When I push it it won't change from what it is currently playing.

Man314,
Thanks for the compliment. I need to update the document with the new cables. It is nice to be noticed by someone from your neck of the woods.
