Posts: 70 Fryeburg ME | Hi Guys and Gals my name is Ian or Visioness on here. Yeh ya like that signature I registered it way back in the day when I had another vision, a vision I would one day own a Ness Vision well that day came to fruition last Tuesday 06/08/10. I am coming off an 06 Jackpot Arlen Ness ( Jackness on the VMC) which I have been riding since new, it was an awesome bike rock solid but the misses wanted the rear sofa, so what moma wants moma gets coz if moma aint happy no ones happy. Sooo I compramised with her got the Ness Vision like the street look and ordered a Tour Pack sofa for when moma wants to ride. A little more about me I'm an Ex Pat Aussie living in North Conway NH for the past 10 yrs. The VMC annual meet is up here in my neck of the woods this August so I look forward to meeting and riding with many of you fellow vision riders...sorry for the long rant.

| Of course after being shown not once but twice during the day how to open the fuel door, he of course had to message me how to open it up.

You get used to it - and having the extra room grows on you. Enjoy! |

Posts: 1484 LaPorte,Tx. | I have a question, which gets the most attention?
The 2009 #57 Anniversary Vision
Or
The 2010 Vision Arlen Ness Signature Series #11
Two very nice Visions.

Posts: 70 Fryeburg ME | Good question William, Rick on the 2009 #57 Anniversary Vision and I have rode a lot together up to now but that was with me on the Arlen Ness Jackpot, I'm gonna be diplomatic and say we will compliment each other, but please Rick I'll hide around the back of the gas station while you "Fuel It" (oh is that what it means) then you come out back and let me gas up otherwise we will never get on the road. AH it's all good. |

Posts: 70 Fryeburg ME | Rick I'm figuring we need to do an Evans Notch run and wash the bikes in the basin again and get some poctires for our fellow riders here. |

Posts: 669 Peachtree City, GA | Congrats. Looks great. I think you will become hooked on the Vision and will not regret moving on from the Jackpot... It took me a few months to get over my Hammer... But every time I jump on my Anniversary #83... I am so happy with it...
This is interesting... The attention question...
I run around with a good friend that lives near me that picked up an 09 Ness Vision #008. Who gets more attention? I did until he got the Ness bike. I think he does now... Either way we usually draw a crowd when we do stop... "what is that???"
It is just a really clean super sharp bike and he keeps his clean...

Posts: 1484 LaPorte,Tx. | There are people, things and colors that you just can't pull your eyes away from. It is kinda like being at the beach and this hot babe in a florescent green thong bikini comes walking past. You have to look because the human eye is drawn to that color, you just can't stop looking. Same deal with the Vision, you have to look, you can't stop it.

Posts: 70 Fryeburg ME | Thankyou everyone (Except Rick #57) for your great support in helping me justify going to a Vision from a Jackpot which I loved. I put 24,000 smiles on it in 4yrs up here in the North Country of NH. (Hate putting bikes away when the white stuff comes) Rick your bike will hide the dirt and road grime better than my Black bike, you think I would learn by now I drive a black truck (rarely) the wifes car is black and now my bike is black!!! VisionTex can you send over that "hot babe in a florescent green thong bikini" to start washing things and maybe a good polish would be nice, then she can get started on the bike and vehicles. OK it's raining but it's time to ride it's day one of Bike Week Laconia NH. Let's Ride!!! |
