Ok - this should be simple (I keep telling myself).

I've got the rear end of my Vision almost all back together - patched tire etc.  Almost have the axle through - but can't seem to get the pulley side spacer lined up with the adjuster loop so I can get it back through the swingarm.  What gives?

Put a pry bar in there - but I'm hesitant to really pull on it - I don't want to damage anything.  This was easier with my V92C.

Am I missing something?  Have you guys had to use a pry bar to get the rear axle assembly back in place?

 Thanks,

 John

NO! What I do is when this happens - pull the axle back out with out removing it entirely, you want to keep your left adjuster and brake bracket aligned. You may have to raise or lower the bike just a little, but the wheel needs to be aligned, and that will give you room to put in your adjuster. Once you do that, stick a screwdriver through the right, keeping the spacer and adjuster from falling out of alignment, then push your axle back through. That's what I've done the last 10 or 15 times.

That did the trick.

Once I got it all lined up perfectly (with the axle completely out) everything fell back into place. Guess there isn't as much room on these 'new fangled' bikes as I'm used to.. Will have to keep that in mind for next time-
