Posts: 849 , FL United States | A week ago today I took the Vis to my dealer to talk about an issue I was having with it NOT downshifting properly. It's a week later and I'm now getting the "the parts still haven't come in" stuff from them.
I think I'll need to go to rehab if I don't get her back soon.

Posts: 741 Central New York | I will never understand this 1 or 2 week crap. I order stuff on the internet all the time and can get it in 2 or 3 days. I find it awful hard to believe that a company the size of Polaris can't at least as good. And what's with the dealers? Doesn't anyone stock anything anymore? I have said it before and will say it again, Polaris engineers the best bike around but their customer service and attitude is way at the bottom of the heap. Only my opinion, of coarse.

Posts: 1484 LaPorte,Tx. | Right there with you Luke. Hauled the SSG to the dealer this morning, dead stator. I don't expect to see it for two weeks. The service writer at the dealer said they were slammed this time of year...I like him and I treat him real nice...maybe that will help get the SSG through this faster. I'm sure in a couple of days the withdrawal will be really bad.
