Posts: 366 Albuquerque, NM | Heard the Vegas and Kingpin models won't be produced in 2011 and that 11 new models will be introduced.
I'm guessing:
XR/XC 8-balls
XC Ness
after that...who knows! |

Varyder, I respect your years of riding, but this "last year of Vision" sphell is getting old.
Every thread that comes up that mentions new bikes and what may happen, you put this in here ?
I understand we all opinions, but this one is worn out and old.
If it happens, I will be the first one to come back and apologize, but logic does not support your assertion.

| I personally like the kingpin, hate to see it go. The 2009 paint schemes on the kingpin are incredible. |

touchy aren't we. there's a lot of things that we think will never happen, happens. Either way, no dog in the fight, but I like to stir the pot and I see it is working. I don't have years of riding either so nothing to respect there. As far as logic goes, well, a lot of folk thinks an open forum is a place to find facts.
Oh, and no apologies needed for me, ever, my skin really isn't that thin that I need to hear someone grobble to feel good.
But I do apologies to you and anyone else I have offended. Peace out!

Honestly can't wait - or it could be just the Mountain Dew though. All through the year I have heard many rumors about what is going to happen for 2011. I think this year will be the biggest above the Vision and the Cross-dressers coming out. Watch out Harley, Victory is a force to be reckon with... |

| I highly doubt that Victory is going to drop the Vision in its 4th model year, the first generation Vision has certainly not lived through its life cycle yet. From what I understand the Vision sales numbers are still pretty good, plus its Victory's only full touring bike. I think the Vision will be around for a long time through updates and what not. With the cross bikes being around and their price point, I would not be shocked to see the KP dropped, maybe leaving only the KP low. |

Posts: 189 Baltimore, Md | I heard that since they have a large inventory of 09 and 10's, they were going to skip the 11's and re-design a new model for 12 with a bigger...oh wait...that was Honda and the Gold Wing. Never mind. |

The Vision will definitely be in the line up and at least 1 version will have a two-tone paint scheme. Colors will be black, blue, and bright red.
A version of the X Country will be offered with a trunk and hard lowers. If not these will both be options.
The Kingpin will be dead! All other models will return with 106" six speeds.
The 8-Balls will all return and they will add XR and XC versions.
They will make Ness versions of the X Country and Cross Roads.
I will have to check back in a few weeks to see how close I am........................ |

| The only thing that I could call a "hard" rumor is that a trunk will be available for the XR/XC. Now I don't know if it will come as an available option built on the bike at the factory or if it will be like the cruise control for the XR, available but dealer/owner installed.
Now for new models I wouldn't be suprised to see some sort of model off of the "Core" concept bike with a 100/5. I think we have to wait another year or two to get the entry level model. But there will be one, they didn't buy Swiss Motor Sports for nothing. |

| I have a 2010 Vision and love it. The only down fall is the storage and with the size of the side bags which should hold considerably more. the next thing would be to make the side bags quick release for those times when you want to clean the rims or even to put air in the tire.

Cleaning rims and checking air pressure without a lift is a pain!
