Albuquerque, NM | I've read several post here and on the vmc forum from Vision riders that have lost a floorboard. My dealer also informed me to be careful when washing my bike. He said it was easy to knock a c-clip off the bolts and not notice it. I was thinking of using a die to put some threads on the end of the floorboard bolt and put a chrome domed nut w/locktite. I need to check to see if there is enough of the bolt sticking out to do so. Anybody modified their bolt? |
