Posts: 294 rhode island | Dallars add up as the chrome goes on, a trip is coming in april and still in the 40s every day. Debating Gerbings extreme cascade heated jacket, pants and gloves. Or more chrome and a J&M CB radio. Either way over a 1000.00 plus.
This will be a 3000 mile round trip, Blue ridge mountains an the dragon are part of the ride, no telling what the weather may be like |

Posts: 2027 Brighton, TN | However, I hear that summertime is brutal, bikes just melt into the pavement. Never heard from the rider. A guy I know here said he lived in Phoenix and bikes didn't park on the asphalt or they had to carry a big kick stand plate to keep it from tipping over. Maybe you only ride at night out there when it gets around 100. |

Posts: 2027 Brighton, TN | This morning on the drive in, about 35, lowest I saw. Just went to lunch, balmy 51. Might make it to 57. Whew, burnin' up!
As for that heat in the middle of summer been through there and standing on pavement or asphalt, I just felt like I was in a sauna. It's dry but dang its hot. While living in the Texas area, the pavement could get up around 130-140 degrees, if not hotter, I was using one of those infared thermometers. Since AZ is a little warmer than there, I can only guess as to the ridiculous heat coming off the pavement. |

Posts: 89 Chandler, AZ | I guess if I say its my charm and the cool paint on my Vision you wouldn't buy it??
OK... I'm friends with the Marketing director at the Tilted Kilt ( the place with the babes with the Kilts on). I am also friends with a photographer that takes the photos for AZ Bike Week...He used Harleys a lot in his photos however ever since he saw my Vision, he loves using it along with just about any other Victory...Since Bike week is just around the corner I am sure I will bump into him a few more times which means more updates to my gallery... I go to the Kilt once a week, so I am always updating those pics!

Posts: 2027 Brighton, TN | Lucky SOG (son of a gun)! How nice it must be! Most of those young ladies are very pleasing to the eye sockets. Well done, my boy! Take more pics and make us lightly envious. Sweetness, I keep going back to the one you posted for Sandman and myself, very nice outfit. The one sitting on the jackpot, just makes you scream HoneyPot. And the one laying on the vision with excellent wind protection, my my my!!
I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy! You are so the man! So which one is your wife! |
