The BUB speed trials ( at Bonneville ) start tomorrrow, today was tech inspections. I read the salt is good on the 11 mile course, so the short courses must be good also. There is a Lloyds prepared Victory running in the 2000cc class ( 2000-M-AG ), must be a 116 incher. The pilot is Gregory Moe, lets wish him and his team Hangar12 good luck. The class is 2000cc modified frame normally aspirated gasoline.

I just read that Gregory Moe already owns the AMA record in this class ( 2000-M-AG ) he set it last year with an average speed of 165.8 on a stripped down, but no streamlining 110 inch kingpin. Lloydz did the motor work. Not sure what size engine he's using this year but it has to be less than 2000cc which is aproximately 122 cubic inches...............

They should be running tomorrow, breaking records even your own isn't easy, but it'd be great if he could raise it in the 170's...........

I believe that Laura Klock is also running her Vision which was tuned by Lloyd at Spirit Lake.

Are the results in yet?

I saw where a 13 year old kid died at Indy today during his warm up lap for a 125cc class.
It's sad to see them go at such a young age.

I just read that Laura Klock did 130MPH on her vision. There has to be somebody out there that can do better than that. I wanna see Vics on the 1/4 mile tracks, the flat tracks, even Daytona? Ha, that would be outa sight!
Man, now that I get to thinking about it, It would great if Vic really got serious about motorcycles and started producing bikes that could compete on a world wide level with Honda, Ducati, etc. Water cooled sport bikes, , standards, dual purpose, to go with their cruisers. Oh, dare to dream...

Some results just posted from BUB 2010: Gregor Moe and the Hangar12/ Lloyds team had a best down run of 167.087 and a return run of 165.884. Average of 166.485, I think that's a new record in 2000-M-AG. Records are not verified yet........
