I posted a couple days ago my thoughts regarding my first day riding my new vision. I had some prolems with a very soft rear brake issue. I bled the rear caliper and the center piston on the fronts but the problem got no better. Today I took it back to the dealer and the used a device to suck out the entire brake system and refilled it. Worked like a charm. Must have been an air pocket somewhere in the line or maybe at the link point?

I bought from Tom Clark and they did the repair as well. It was my first time dealing with them. I wish they had more Victory items on display. Just a couple of shirts.

And if you bled them yourself, you would be surprised at how hard you have to push on the foot petal to get them to bleed right. ET

Reverse bleeding..........push fluid from bleeder valve up to cylinder.........also works on autos.

+1 on Tom Clark. I drove 8 hours from VA to purchase a prior bike from that dealership. Paperwork was ready, bike was ready. Was there at 8 when they opened and was back on the road at 8:45. Would have been quicker but I had to take my morning bathroom break.

For the record, I did hear some rumors that Tom Clark was dropping Victory from their line up or that they were being dropped as a dealer. I asked three people and they all denied any truth to the rumors. I was told that they placed an order for 2011 bikes and gear. If anyone knows anything, I would appreciate hearing what you heard. I had a good relationship with Crossroads Motor Sports but they got dropped like 3 years ago. I hate when you develop a relationship and something out of your control changes that relationship. FYI, I could drift a dead bike to Crossroads but they can no longer get Victory parts. The really bad thing is they sell a shitload of Polaris ATVs.
