| I have had my Vision for 2 years now and had yet to put a scratch on the plate. Well just in one day i managed to put 2 hugh scrathes on it, i guess with my new VICTORY leather jacket(how ironic?). Does anyone know of a protective cover or if you can order a new one or a better solution? |

Posts: 102 Parkersburg WV | Hi, I went to an auto body paint supplier here in town and they sell 3-m or rino guard clear plastic sheets to protect paint such as on rocker panels ect. It runs around $15 for 2 sheets. Just be careful not to get your fingerprints on it when peeling it back. They wont come out. After just 10 miles with my new cb/intercom I noticed the cord was starting to scuff my center panel.

You could also repaint it and add a couple of extra coats of clear. That way you could buff out the next scrathc. Victory clear on the visions is extremely soft. |
