I just got word from my dealer that my ship date of Aug 29th has been pushed to Sept 12th. Also , evidently the vendor supplying the chrome forks for the Vision did a sub par job and Victory will NOT allow them to be used on the Vision. They are offering a 250.00 in accessory credit in lieu of the chrome forks. I think I would rather have a rain check for the forks when they are available as a dealer installed accessory.

I'd rather wait. It would cost more than $250 to get them later.
Late October is good for me here, down South.

I know sometimes people get their brake rotors buffed out to a shine.
It is not chrome, but couldn't they do that for now?

What does everyone else think?

Waiting is not an option as far as I know. They will have them as an accessory later.

Here is another thread on the issue. The cost of the forks sounds like $600 + labor.
