Posts: 725 Reno County, KS | Now that's pretty cool. The engine seems to be some kind of early hybrid rotary type. I'll bet mechanics had a hell of a time trying to figure that one out! Would have made it easy to remove the engine for rebuilds though. |

Posts: 111 Prairie Dog Heaven, CO | It's not a rotary engine, it's a radial engine common to vintage (and some modern) aircraft.
Fun design, but I bet the steering was something else.
