Posts: 35 El Paso, TX | I just purchased the gps victory mount and a 2720 garmin on ebay. Can someone tell me how hard it is to install the gps. Is there already instructions posted somewhere in the forum. I looked but maybe overlooked it. Specifically, how do you take off the center console. Thanks for any advice |

After you take the console apart, you will see that there are marks where you will need to drill the mounting holes. Really pretty easy.----Metalguy |

Posts: 732 Western WA | Dumb question on the GPS mount. . . .
I have the 2720, (and haven't torn the console apart) - what is the cabling like? Is there a power cable, and a separate cable for the audio?
I don't see anywhere to hook up external audio on the 2720, unless it's through the USB port on the unit.
Do I need to buy additional cables like I did when I installed the iPod?
So many questions.

Nevermind. I'm an idiot. Got it figured out. |
