Fork Bullet install problem

Subject: Fork Bullet install problem

I downloaded the instructions for the mod of the fork bullets. Bought all the hardware, ordered the lug nut covers online, assembled the apparatus, melted the nuts into the pvc adapters... crawled under my front forks and " WHERE THE HELL ARE THE PREDRILLED HOLES IN THE ENDS OF THE FORKS???? I have a 2009 Vision Tour Premium and the forks are chromed all the way to the botom of the forks. the only hole is the access to the fork nut in the center of the fork end. Is this the same on all of the Tour Premiums or did I get the red headed step child of the litter?

My next question would be... can I drill into the ends of the forks without damaging them?
I guess I could have looked at the forks before I started this whole process but then I would not have anything to bring to my Brothers with Vision!

I have a 2009 Vision Tour Premium and the forks are chromed all the way to the botom of the forks.

That's a bummer

My bike is a 2009 Touring , don't know the forks wouldn't be the same other then yours is chromed.

I would think you could drill and tap a couple holes. Providing your careful not to go in to far.
