Posts: 152 Bonita Springs, FL | I was delayed for three months in PA and will be heading to FL this week. I know my Vision battery is dead and will need charged. Any quick tips on how to get to the battery, that is one item I never had to get to.
Thanks |

Posts: 1290 Ruskin, Fl | My pigtail was in a plastic bag with paperwork in the saddlebag when I got my '08 from the dealer. Not all dealers put in on when they prep the bike. My 1.5 amp trickle charger came with both a pigtail and clips. Just have to get on the ground to clip to the battery behind the front wheel. |

| You ride a bike and don't know nothing about it.
Shame on you |

How can someone learn if they can't ask questions? YOU may be an expert, but I for one have ridden for well over 40 years, and still need to ask questions. |

Remember to disconnect the negative first and connect it back last. Also it helps to turn wheel to one side.

Posts: 152 Bonita Springs, FL | First, thanks to all for responding to my post. I must agree with Wizard523 that the forum is to assist regardless as to how simple or dumb a question may seem. In my case, I have not seen my bikes in 9 months due to my moms illness and passing on January 30th. It was 24/7 care the last 3 months, but priceless time I got to be with her. In addition to my 09 Vision (original battery) I have an 06 Jackpot that I knew exactly where and how to service the battery. I just could not remember where the Vision battery access was. The first post jogged my memory as I remembered the battery staring me in the face when I added and installed the auxiliary Vision lights last year. Again, thanks for all the posts, great people, great website. |
