It is that time of year again- the 12th Annual Ride for Molly is fast approaching and we need your help. I am on the ride committee again, please visit the ride website for more details.

Ride History
In 2000, shortly after Molly disappeared a group of local police officers, (who knew John Bish through his work as a Probation Officer in the Western Worcester District Court), organized the first ?Ride for Molly.?
That first event, which was held in Molly?s hometown of Warren, Massachusetts, illustrated the potential for an annual benefit. Today, the ride keeps Molly (and all of our missing children) in our thoughts. We hope this event provides some comfort for grieving families, in the fact that hundreds of people each year show that they still care.
The ride has changed over the years, and the torch passed to a new generation of volunteers; to carry on the tradition and convey the message of hope. However, without the dedication of the founding volunteers to find something positive in this terrible tragedy, thousands of children and families might not be as safe as they are today; a very special thank you Paul, Doug & the Masons for all their hard work through the years!
Since its inception, several area communities have played host to this annual event. In 2003, when Molly was found, the outpouring of support was enormous. Our volunteers estimated that close to 3,000 motorcycles participated in the event.
Due to the number of riders that support our event each year, (we average between 500 and 1,000), and the addition of the "Family Fun Day", we realized that we needed additional space in a more convenient location. The ride eventually landed in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, where we hope it will stay for the near future.
Molly?s Ride for Child Safety remains one of the largest non-stop police escorted charity motorcycle rides in New England. 100% of the proceeds from this event support the funding necessary to provide child identification kits as well as safety and educational programs for families, schools, community groups and Law Enforcement.
Because of your gracious support for this event, the Molly Bish Foundation is able to continue their efforts. We very much appreciate everyone who has helped us achieve our goals, and we hope you take the time from your busy schedules to join us on our next ride.
