| lonestarrider - 2011-03-18 12:34 AM Where did you get them? Those are the tips that I am making under my new company, Mr. Wizard's Billet Creations. If you are interested I am currently down to 4 sets left that have black nickel bases and chrome or black nickel center bullets. I will be doing another production run of 20 sets in May with shipment by the end of June because I am currently devoting my time to my next project for the Vision, an inexpensive (compared to what is currently available) tubular style trunk rack that will protect the entire trunk lid and allow the carrying of large "Decker" style T-Bags. They are sweet looking in the chrome, and absolutely compliments the Vision style. Great job! Is it possible for a shorter tip?? |

Posts: 160 Camas Washington | I'll stick with the gatlin, they look more modern to me. Those these tips are nice it makes the vision look like an old caddy or buick from the late 50s, early 60s. The vision is a futuristic bike not a throw back. My opinion only. To each there own. |

I can see why someone would like the Gatlins better but calling something invented during the Civil War "more modern" doesn't really fly.
The '59 Caddy was obviously 50 years ahead of it's time.

Posts: 1359 New Bohemia, Va | hey, my dad had a 59 caddy. I liked that car, plenty of back seat. he got rid of it before I could drive, but my brother had it a few times.
One of the beauty points of the Vision is that it is Art Deco style, a very prevalent design touch in the 50 - 60's so these tips fit it to a T. As someone said, the gatlins look like a flower in the tailpipe, and I agree. You'll never look at your gatlin's the same now....

| Lojak, my website should be up in a couple of weeks although it will not initially be set up for online ordering. Right now all you have to do to order is to shoot me an email at mrwizardsbilletcreations@comcast.net with what you want and your shipping address and I'll send you a PayPal invoice with the total including shipping. |

Posts: 520 Simi Valley, CA | I got home yesterday and the first thing I did was open the box with my exhaust tips. Wow. I plan on installing them tomorrow. They look great. Packaging was perfect. I have them sitting on my dining room table waiting to installed on the Enterprise. Photos as soon as they are on the bike. |
