Perhaps because it takes a while to develop a good software application and Apples Iphone has been the dominant player in the market for a number of years. Despite the recent influx of other good / cheaper smartphones it still controls almost 25% of the market.
Perhaps its simply because VIC is already dialed into the Apple concept. The a significant # of the features of the Vision sound system are designed for use with the Ipod

Pittsburgh, PA | honestly that new app isn't doing anything that other apps have already been doing . I have a htc thunderbolt . and even without having this new victory app I am able to do all of them features got the victory app does . |
