Changed oil on the bike and no oil light. So off to the dealer where he found a rubber boot covering the oil sender. He pulled the boot and found dirt and water and the wire off. He said he never saw a rubber boot on the sending unit. Problem solved.

Ness air filter on top of frame. Disconnect 02 sensors. WOW first ride so it felt like a rocket. Only 4 pops at slow speed in 60 miles. It was a good 20 mile a hour wind today so I didn't notice any extra noise from that air cleaner.
To early to tell how mileage was. Bike ran great.

Why did you decide to put Ness Filter on Over Loydz, tx just put aLoydz on just curious?????

My 2008 came with a boot on the original sending unit. The dealer tossed it in the trash when the sending unit started leaking after about a month of ownership.
