Been riding stock since '08. Put on Stage 1's last night... I'm like a kid with a new toy today, just want to ride and listen to the sweet music! That silly grin on my face is just a little bigger today.

I am thinking about doing the same thing. Which stage 1's? S1L1 or S1L2? Any popping?

S1L1, occasional pop at shift, nothing annoying yet, but have only ridden 200 miles since install. I'm riding Nashville to the Tail of the Dragon and back tomorrow... will know more after riding all types of roads and riding... 500+ miles. So far I'm lovin' it!

Only made 480 miles yesterday... but they were good ones! Had a great time. The bike ran great. The only pops I heard were very occasional. Only on upshift. In all kinds of riding, easy and hard acceleration no excessive popping at all. I guess I'm lucky. Just the sweet rumble of my Vision rolling through the hills.

I put the S1L2 pipes on last fall, boy do I love the sound. Small amount of popping but nothing to fuss about.
(Fuel mileage has suffered a bit, you just have to rev-it-up at lights.)
