Well after working 14 days straight, I have a day off. kickin around the house I did some stuff off the "honey do" list.Well, Ive been productive, time to do something fun..........well I look into the garage and there she sits.......battery tender light is green.......fully charged, 106 cubes of Freedom 106 lookin at me........time for a ride. 88 degrees. Took the Vision down to the In & out burger for the full american lunch. Double cheese burger, fries and coke.....not diet. I need the sugar and caffene to complete the classic American lunch experience. On the way into the burger joint a guy gets out of his car and really freaks on the Vision, how he likes it and has never seen nothin like it before. I smile and nod and take a look back at her....man that metalflake paint really has alot of metalflake in it and the sun complements the paint. After lunch I take about a 20 mile ride over to the next town and park her at the town square. I see two HD riders comin through town, I glance over, thier bikes look good.....but I know better, form over function is not a good thing for me at least. When they get by vision they slow down point and look over at her for a long time before continuing on. I take another look at her and the sun is hitting just right on the fins of that big 106 freedom V twin and it reminds me of a "jewel in a setting". After coffee I take a 60 mile ride through the wine country. My face is in a permanent grin..I feel like the Joker from Batman series.......Needless to say I had a good day off. I'm proud.

In & Out...I'm jealous. We don't have them in Florida.
