Hi everyone, just want to let you know that I tried to return a bag I bought from Cyclegear. When I ordered it, their program kicked me so I checked the order status to see if the order had gone through but I could not find anything so I orded it again. They shipped two of them and apparrently realized the order was duplicated and billed me for the one of them four days later. I decided to return both and ended up speaking to a manager and requested a return shipping tag for the duplicated order and I would pay for the original. The manager refused and actually told me it was reasonable that I would order two of the exact same thing within a minute of each other. The manager did not care if I did further business with them or not; so I won't. There are plenty of places to do business with. Not recommended to do business with them!

That surprises me. I have had no issues with cycle gear. Whether online or in 3 different states.

I have not had any issues with them in the past. Sorry to hear your luck with them. Also sorry that this was your first post and bad experience.

I'm having a little trouble believing there isn't more to the story. I've bought and returned with Cyclegear on line with no questions asked. Even their home page displays a "no questions asked" statement in the banner at the top. Com'on what's really going on with you and them? The fact that this is your first and only post smells a little odd to me!?

Had the same issue with a classic truck parts supplier. My credit card company got it fixed for me.
