Just a quick hello from England, I own a Victory Vision Tour, 2010 model, before that I had a Hammer, a BMW K1200GT SE, a Honda 1800 VTX, and a few Jap and Old English bikes, Ive been riding motorcycle on and off for around 35 years now.
Me and my wife travel around England visiting motorcycle shows and events and tour Europe when we get the chance, out of all the bikes I have ever owned this is the dogs dangly bits, I cant belive how a bike of this size and weight handles like it does, my dream is to visit Daytona bike week, and ride from one side of the states to the other, I will do it one day, just dont know when.
I look forward to chatting with you all, and hope to pick up some hints and tips along the way. |

As you have already found out we have a great group of folks here. Glad you could join us. I too wish someday to come to your country and ride from tip to tip. My wife rides her own bike so we both would love to come to England and rent two bikes and ride your area. It's a dream vacation for us so maybe one day that will happen for us as well. In the mean time enjoy your vision and keep us posted. |

Posts: 492 Indianapolis, IN | Welcome Lesco! It really is hard, or impossible to explain to someone who has yet to ride a vision what it's like. We had a conversation going on here the other day about how it can be a little awkward at very slow speed and stopping, especially two up. And yet when you are rolling along faster than 5mph it feels like you are on a 600 sport bike. I have a 650 suzuki and I choose the vision 99% of the time.
Take some time to explore older posts and threads, there truly is a wealth of knowledge on this forum. Congrats from Indianapolis and many great mile to you brother! |

Posts: 411 Dallas, Texas | Welcome Lesco. Wish that there was a way to trade dreams. I have always wanted to ride across Europe, and my Vision would make the trip even better. The only thing that always seem to be in the way is those pesky $$'s. Someday perhaps. Once again, Welcome. |
